Shirley was referred to me by a coworker and I contacted her several months before I was really ready to start looking for a home. Even though she knew I wasn't looking to buy immediately, if I saw a property I liked and mentioned it to her, she would make an appointment and meet me at the property just to look at it. On one such trip, I fell in love with a neighborhood and decided to do a new build. Shirley was invaluable through the process and knew all the right questions to ask. She was at every contract signing and documentation review and acted as a liaison between myself and the builder throughout the 7 month process of building my home. She responded to every text and email promptly, and came to the buyer orientation when the home was ready to close. During the orientation, Shirley caught so many little items that needed to be fixed that I would never have known to look for. Shirley basically held my hand throughout the entire process all the way to the signing. I have heard many horror stories about people who have realtors who want the paycheck without advocating for their clients and I have to say I am incredibly grateful that I had Shirley in my corner - always on time and with a smile and a kind word - but also no pushover when it came to dealing with the builder. I highly recommend Shirley and would use her again in a heartbeat should I be in a position to need a realtor in the future.
